Nottingham Forest has had an exciting start to their second season back in the Premier League. They are currently sitting at 15th in the table. Although this isn’t spectacular, it could be worse. Forest isn’t thinking about relegation at the moment. Instead, they are looking forward and hoping for a top-half finish in the Premier League table.

The start of the season has been somewhat smooth and uneventful for Forest. They have been clear of relegation for quite some time. As time has gone on, they have found their form and haven’t looked back. They are now on their way to a mid-table finish, which would have pleased any fan if you told them so at the beginning of the campaign.

Nottingham have brought in the most signings of any club this season. They’ve almost matched their Premier League record. Forest players seem to have merged and are starting to play like a team. This has largely contributed to their recent success.

Forest are excited about some of their new signings. Murillo Santiago Costa dos Santos is Nottingham’s most exciting signing at the moment. He has played a massive role in the recent success of Forest. His defensive acumen and ball playing abilities have been second to none as of yet. The new talent doesn’t stop there. Forest have an exciting new midfield duo in Ibrahim Sangare and Nicolas Dominguez. These two have been crucial in anchoring this young squad. They already seem to have excellent chemistry together.

As Forest look forward, their upcoming two matches look like very difficult games. They play a 4th and 5th place team. They play Liverpool F.C., who are always an extremely strong side. They also play Aston Villa, who are not far behind by any means. They could use these early season points; however difficult they may be to get. If Forest could manage even a point from these two matches, they would likely be quite excited. Every match matters and upset wins against big clubs can be the difference between a good season and a great season.

Forest have played 9 of their 38 matches. As they look forward, there is still much to play for. The league is exciting this season, as some of the big clubs are showing up. Anything can happen on any given week. This has likely been the most exciting season yet.
