On February 9,2026 Starbucks came out with six new food items which was a major addition to their menu. The new food items included a Dubai Chocolate Bite, Cookie Croissant Swirl, the Yuzu Citrus Blossom, Berry Blondie, and the Strawberry/Chocolate Pistachio cakes. Some of these items such as the Dubai chocolate bites are being inspired from viral trends such as the Dubai chocolate craze. All of the items will be around seasonally except for the Chocolate Pistachio Loaf, which is only available through the winter season. The Dubai Chocolate Bites are 220 calories per one serving. The ingredients include Pistachio Cream, Wheat Flour, Butter, Sugar, Bittersweet Chocolate, Cocoa Processed with Alkali, Fructose, Sugared Egg Yolk, Pistachios, Egg Whites, Nonfat Milk, Soybean Oil, Tapioca, Dextrin, and Salt. This treat is described as a “Luxurious bite sized treat.” The Cookie Croissant Swirl is the only item from the new menu I have tried, and it is one of my new favorite bakery items from Starbucks at the moment.

The Cookie Croissant Swirl is 270 calories total. The ingredients include enriched flour, water, butter, sugar, crushed chocolate creme filled cookies, glaze, contains less than 2 % of brown sugar, semi-sweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, sourdough, salt, cocoa, dry whole milk, tapioca flour, dough conditioner, corn starch, enzymes, and carnauba wax. This is a sweet treat not to be missed.

It does the perfect job of combining a cookie flavor with a warm buttery croissant. The next new treat is the Berry Blondie which contains 300 calories. The ingredients include wheat flour, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, butter, blueberries, raspberries, palm oil, canola oil, modified corn starch, salt, water, glycerin, fiber, browned butter paste, baking powder, pure vanilla extract with other natural flavors, pectin, natural flavor, citric acid, sodium bicarbonate, xanthan gum, and sodium benzoate. This treat includes white chocolate pieces and is sure to provide a sweat and tangy treat. More information about the ingredients of these new menu additions can be found on Starbucks.com.
