Autumn in Williamsburg: A Photo Essay
A look at the changing leaves in Colonial Williamsburg and Waller Mill Park
With the month October nearing its end, signs of autumn are beginning to emerge: the chill in the air, the changing leaves, and of course, the return of the popular pumpkin-spice latte. Over the weekend, I took a few walks around Williamsburg to observe the changes happening all around us.
Creeping up the leaves, fall colors are slowly making their mark on trees throughout Williamsburg. I often saw foliage seemingly halfway between summer and fall, the leaves a curious blend of greens, yellows, and oranges.
