Glowing with pride, Mr. Rios accepts his award and gives a few remarks of gratitude.

Mr. Rios is a custodian who works by himself cleaning the school and making sure it is ready for the students and staff in the morning. The accolade is known as the LHS Apple Award and is expected to be given out every month. This achievement is a way of recognizing the hard work that the staff does every day.
