Acadia Massie is a junior at Lafayette high school. She has played lacrosse for 3 years at Lafayette and recently picked up field hockey in her junior year. Acadia is a natural born leader and is one of the captains on the school lacrosse team. She also plays club lacrosse with her friend Jordan for the Yellowjackets. She used to do gymnastics as a kid, but it never really stuck with her, so she decided to try a new sport and she really loves playing lacrosse now. Acadia is an exceptional athlete and student .  In Acadia’s free time she likes to hang out with her best friend Jordan or talk about drama with her mom. One of Acadia’s favorite things to do with her friends is to watch sunsets at the Colonial Parkway. Acadia is an only child, so she is always trying to find new activities to do so she isn’t home all by herself and bored. She also really likes to just relax and stay home and watch a movie. If she had to pick one movie to watch for the rest of her life it would be “Friends With Benefits”, but her all-time favorite childhood movie is “The Parent Trap”. Acadia loves to eat;  and one of the places she eats the most is Chipotle-even though her order is terrible and very bland. She enjoys having sweet treats and one of her favorite sweet treats is rocky road ice cream. Acadia is not much of a coffee girl, but she loves Starbucks and her order from there is a pineapple passionfruit refresher.
