There are so many  Summer 2023 Fashion Trends and I am going to talk about some of them and what they are looking like as we head towards summer!

According to Vogue, the main trend is going to be summer black. Normally the months of May through September bright colors take over and the darker clothes are saved for the colder months. Though Tory Burch and Valentino have embraced the all black everything for this upcoming summer. Even though black is one of the more popular colors that are going to be worn this summer red is another color that will worn lots in all different types of outfits.

Social media has been going crazy over Sofia Richie’s South of France Wedding. Her outfits will definitely be what the world will use as inspiration for summer outfits. Sofia’s outfits include, maxi skirts, dresses short and long, and ballet flats. The 90s are also coming back with the simple sleek outfits. One piece swimsuits are also coming back with simple straps. Tube tops also from the 90s are coming back for lots of teens to wear them with jean shorts or dress it up with a skirt. Tennis is also really popular even if you don’t play tennis. Wearing the tennis skirts, sun visor, polo tops, tank tops, and tennis racket bags. Tory Sport and Sporty & Rich are some of the more luxury brands that have tennis clothing but Lululemon, Dicks Sporting Goods, and any other sports brand has gear also and more brands are expanding more for tennis gear.

According to Seventeen, social media really gets everything to take off new or old 80s jewelry is also coming back as we head into summer for 2023. 80s jewelry consists of small gold hoops, long necklaces, big bracelets, bright colors, and any other chunky jewelry. More people are dressing up for lots of reasons and wearing white trousers are becoming the go to fashion trend. Wearing white trousers can be dressed up or dressed down depending on the occasion you are choosing to wear them for. Preppy tops are also supposed to be in style with the light, bright colors. It is simple but also a statement piece that should be included in everyone’s closet for the summer.

Sandals are very popular during summer along with flip flops. Wedges are coming into style and they can be more comfortable then other heels. Athletic sneakers are always popular and there are starting to be more fancy and not just simple. Companies are making them to wear they can be dressed up and not just be worn for athletic occasions. New Balance has become one of the top brands that has emerged as one of the most popular shoe brands right now because of all of the different options they have and how what you can wear them with. They have all different colors with more neutral colors and more colorful options also.

Men summer trends are also very similar to their styles for all other seasons. It is predicted for polos, bright button ups and khakis to be popular. For shoes they stick with simple sneakers or more dressy for fancier events.
