Did you watch the Thanksgiving Day halftime show?  Surely you had to have seen Dolly Parton’s show stopping performance that left her fans and the audience amazed. Dolly Parton appeared in the Thanksgiving Day halftime show at the Dallas cowboys and Washington commander’s game. Everyone is raving about her performance at the half time show where she was dressed up as a Dallas cowboys’ cheerleader. People are so amazed that she can still do everything that she can do at her age and how she is still capable of so much.

Dolly Parton receives an award for all of her great accomplishments as a country music singer.

Dolly Parton was born in Tennessee which helped to spark her interest in music and especially influenced her to get into country music. She began to shift more into pop music as her career progressed and she lost most of her interest in country music. Some of her most popular songs and well-known songs are Jolene, I will always love you, and coat of many colors.

Dolly Parton is a famous country singer and songwriter and many also see her as an icon. Another thing she is known very well for is her style which is very unique and distinct to her personality. Dolly Parton is very beloved by many people from all different generations and all kids of different backgrounds. Her music reaches a wide variety of people not just people around her age because that’s just how popular she is. Even if you are younger, you still know who Dolly Parton is because of the lasting impact that she has on our country.

Dolly Parton was asked to perform in the halftime show on Thanksgiving for the Dallas Cowboys and Washington Commanders’ game and it’s safe to say that she did not disappoint her fans. She came out on stage wearing a Dallas Cowboys’ Cheerleader outfit for her performance and she had the crowd surprised. People were not expecting this outfit for her performance, but they were not surprised that Dolly Parton would do something so spontaneous and fun. She played many of her popular songs for the audience at the Thanksgiving Day halftime show. She opened up her show by playing a classic song of hers called “Jolene” and also played another one of her well-known songs “9-5.”

Overall, I think we can all agree that Dolly Parton’s performances cannot be topped because of the amount of effort and heart she puts into them. I mean what other artist do you know of that will still perform in a Dallas cowboy cheerleader outfit at 77 years of age. She continuously out does herself and never fails to disappoint her audience with an over-the-top performance. It’s safe to say that even at her age she can still put a good show and impress her audience.
