Jumping off the top of our sailboat, we would stare at the sun setting over the luxurious hills of the island. Unforgettable sunset, paddle boarding, and swimming experiences flooded this trip. Swimming at sunset was ominous because the bottom of the ocean is not visible because the sunlight just reflects. The song “Escape (The Pina Colada Song),” by Rupert Holmes was blasting from the speakers as we splashed into the sunlit water at dusk.
