Ginny & Georgia has released its long-awaited trailer for season three that fans have been pinning for. The hit show will return to screens on June 5; this has fans relieved after the SAG-AFTRA strike set back filming. Most castmates stated on their Instagram that they wrapped filming in September 2024.
Antonia Gentry, who plays the main character Ginny, has described season three as Exciting, heart-wrenching, and surprising. She also added that there are more plot twists and more drama this season. When Ginny & Georgia aired season 2, it was Netflix’s most streamed show in 2023.
We last saw Georgia getting arrested by the police for murdering her friend Cythina’s husband because of his illness. The show’s creator for the show has come out and said that they have renewed for a season 4 after season 3. In the trailer, it shows Georgia is shown wearing an ankle monitor while waiting for her trial. Which has fans questioning whether Georgia will go to jail or not. George’s arrest has been unsettling for the fans. We see in the trailer that Ginny is worried about her mom and trying to protect her. We also see some new characters that have got fans excited and suspenseful. Fans are also awaiting how Paul and Georgias’ relationship will be.
