Could the Fight Have Been Rigged?
Was the Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson fight fair? Was it scripted? Well, let’s dive into the many reasons why it may or may not be true. In my personal opinion, I think it was scripted and not fair; Mike Tyson in all his training fights looked strong. When he got to the actual fight, he was weak and pulled back so many punches. I don’t think it was fair because Mike Tyson is older than Jake Paul by 31 years. I also believe that Jake Paul paid Mike Tyson to purposely lose the fight. Paul knew he would accept because Tyson needed money for his family. Jake Paul has the money to do that and wants to keep his reputation; but that’s just my humble opinion. Now, let’s get into some things I’ve seen online and things I’ve heard from friends.
The Persuading Proof
Some things I’ve seen online are proof that it was scripted, but, could it be fake? I believe it’s real because it was the exact way the fight went down, and it was posted before the fight. I think that Jake Paul’s team could have come to an agreement with Mike Tyson’s team on a certain outcome to the fight creating more money for Mike Tyson. This would make so much sense as to why Mike Tyson was pulling punches and letting shots hit. I watched the whole fight, and I knew something was odd after the first round because Mike Tyson came out strong and then after the first round looked weak. Is that maybe because he’s just old? I think no because he did all that training to be in peak condition and to only look strong for one round makes no sense. This is a direct quote from Quin Walton, “I think the fight was fake because of the script and because Mike Tyson said he needed money for his family”. Here’s another from Jack Troy, “I personally think the fight was staged because of the script I saw online and because Jake Paul has the money to do this”.
All the Reasons Why
After all of the things I have stated above, the summary of it is this- the fight between Jake Paul and Mike Tyson was rigged and scripted. The reason being that the script that was posted online, Mike Tyson pulling punches and the fact Jake Paul has enough money to where he could offer an amount of money Mike Tyson could never say no to.
