Meet Dr. Bryant, a wonderful hardworking Assistant Principal for students with last names from N-Z. Did you know that she went to three different universities? Or that she is a fan of dad jokes? Here’s some more questions we asked her to get to know our very own Assistant Principal.
What do you do here?
I am an Assistant Principal primarily working with students last name N – Z.
Why did you come to LHS and how long have you been here?
I came to LHS in October of 2020. I selected LHS as I was an administrator in a specialty center and waned to return to a traditional high school. The message of “Every Ram, Every Day” aligns with my educational philosophy.
What college did you go to?
I went to Old Dominion University for Undergrad. University of Phoenix for Masters. Regent University for Doctoral Studies.
Why did you decide to choose this job?
I have known since I was little that education was what I wanted to do as a career. After teaching for several years administration was a natural progression.
What do you love about your job?
RAM students, RAM staff, and RAM families.
When you were in high school, what was your dream job?
To be a teacher.
What are your hobbies?
My favorite pastime is anything that involves spending time with my family.
What’s your favorite joke?
Dr. Jarvis’ dad jokes are my favorite and the highlight of my morning each day.
