INTERVIEW

Q- Where are you from originally?

A- I am originally from English Town, New Jersey.

Q – How long have you been teaching, and how long at LHS?

A – I have been teaching for 35 years, specifically 33 years at Lafayette High School.

Q – Where did you go to college?

A – I attended the College of William and Mary.

Q – What subject(s) do you teach?

A – I teach Health and Physical education. I taught sports medicine a while back, and before I started teaching I was an athletic trainer.

Q – Why did you become a teacher?

A – I became a teacher because I love being active.

Q – Do you have any advice for young people today?

A – My advice to young people today would be to surround yourself with people of integrity.

Q – If you could live anywhere, where?

A – I would like to live by a beach or any ocean.

Q – What are your hobbies?

A – I love to walk with my golden retriever, and I like gardening.

Q – What is your biggest obstacle in life?

A – My biggest obstacle is overcoming the negativity. 

Q – 5 years from now, do you still see yourself at LHS?

A – No! I plan on retiring before 5-year mark.
