Second from the right, Melania is posing for a picture with friends from her childhood. The famous First Lady and model was born April 26th 1970 in Novo Mesto, Slovenia to her parents Victor and Amalija Knavs. She grew up in Sevnica in the Lower Sava Valley.

Melania Trump is mainly known as our First Lady and the wife of a much-hated man– our president. Melania leads a very interesting life along with being a successful model and the first naturalized US citizen to become First Lady. The spotlight has mostly been on Donald Trump due to his presidency and the shocked reaction from many individuals after he was elected. Melania plays an important role in our country and its unity as a whole. However there is a significant lack of knowledge regarding who this woman really is.
